Site Electrical Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time
Placement: Kalimantan, Sumatra, and other possible site (mobile/willing to rotate to other project locations).
Organics is an EPC company specializing in waste-to-energy projects such as biogas-to-power, anaerobic digesters, and landfill gas. We have been operating in this industry, particularly in Indonesia, for over 10 years, with projects across Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.
Qualifications
- Male, with a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Preference will be given to those with prior experience working on biogas/renewable energy projects.
- Willingness to travel to site for a specific period of time.
- Mandatory proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens & Allen-Bradley).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical engineering drawings.
- In-depth understanding of Electrical Design.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and draft electrical designs according to project requirements.
- Using AutoCAD to create electrical engineering drawings.
- Designing, analyzing, and developing electrical design systems.
- Understanding and applying PLC programming (Siemens & Allen-Bradley) in control systems.
- Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure designs meet standards and project requirements.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems as needed.

Bookkeeper Staff

Job Description:
- Manage and archive financial documents (invoices, receipts, etc.)
- Ensure records comply with applicable accounting standards
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and tax teams
- Manage company cash flow
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Analyze costs and monitor budget implementation
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or financial administrator
- Understand the basics of accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Thorough, honest, with high integrity and strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
Will be prioritized with:
- Experience in a construction, biogas, or energy company (preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software (Accurate, MYOB, or similar)
- Understanding of basic taxation (PPN, PPh)

Procurement Staff

Job Description:
- Conduct procurement of goods and services according to project operational needs.
- Search for and evaluate competitive and qualified vendors/suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms.
- Create and manage purchasing documents (POs, tax invoices, contracts, etc.).
- Ensure material availability according to project schedule.
- Coordinate with engineering, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience as Procurement.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Experience in a contracting or biogas company is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High integrity, responsibility, hard work, honesty, and strong negotiation skills.
- Preferably residing in Bandung.
- Familiarity with HDPE pipes, valves, and Kewpump pumps.
